Reflecting on an Inspiring Night at the Women in Fire Safety Awards 2024

Posted On 13.09.2024

Last night, the Women in Fire Safety (WIFS) Awards brought together some of the most inspiring and dedicated professionals from across our industry. While none of our remarkable nominees from the Obsequio Group took home an award, we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements and the recognition they received. Being finalists in such prestigious categories is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

We’re especially proud of our team members:

Nicki Prater, Managing Director of CDS, who was a finalist for Business Manager of the Year.

Louise Andrews from Drax 360, who was a finalist for the Rising Star Award.

Eleasha Hylton-Rowe, a finalist for Influencer of the Year.

It was a fantastic evening, filled with inspiration, learning, and networking with like-minded professionals who share a passion for advancing our industry. Events like these remind us why we do what we do and how important it is to come together to celebrate the contributions of all those who make a difference in fire safety.

We are also delighted that one of our sister companies, Drax Technology, sponsored the event and the Fire Safety Manager of the Year category. Being part of an organisation that actively supports and promotes recognition within our field is something we take great pride in.

Congratulations to all the winners and nominees! We’re already looking forward to next year’s Women in Fire Safety Awards and the opportunity to celebrate the remarkable achievements of women in our industry once again.

Here’s to continuing to champion diversity, innovation, and excellence in fire safety!
